Why use scrubbing salt?
Scrubbing salt removes the top dead and old skin cells and this stimulates the circulation in the skin. The result is a healthy, supple skin. The skin will take on a fresher tone due to the rubbing motion that stimulates the blood flow to the skin. Be careful when scrubbing just before sunbathing. By scrubbing, you remove the top layer of the skin. This will make you tan or burn faster (the sunburn happens much faster).
How to scrub?
To scrub, you need water and scrubbing salt or sugar.
Wet your skin thoroughly and apply some scrubbing salt or sugar to the skin. Rub the scrub in circular movements over the skin. Rub gently (don't overdo it) and use plenty of scrub. Make sure you rub evenly and not too much in the same place, as this will cause irritation.
Use some water afterwards, to make the scrubbing less harsh and to remove it evenly. Rinse te scrub thoroughly with water and you're done!
Your skin will feel radiant and soft again.
